The Role

As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll be the reason customers stay loyal — even when things don’t go to plan. You’ll deliver a smooth, human, and thoughtful experience in every interaction, helping suppliers resolve issues and keeping their operations on track.

This role sits at the frontline of the brand and product experience, turning challenges into opportunities to build trust and long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for UK and German customers via chat, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with external agents, coaching and supporting quality within your market.
  • Troubleshoot confidently, escalating when needed with clear communication.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to address them at the root.
  • Support adoption of new tools and workflows, especially automation and AI.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English (C1+) and German (C1+).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within fast-paced, tech-enabled environments.
  • Excellent communication skills — calm, clear, and structured even under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities (experience with Intercom, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems.
  • Empathetic and solution-focused, with a genuine care for customer outcomes and team success.
