A well-established care home in Gravesham, Kent, is dedicated to providing exceptional,care for individuals aged 65 and over. With a strong reputation within the local community, we are looking for passionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our client’s team.

• Role: Care Assistant
• Location: Gravesham, Kent

Your Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care such as dressing, bathing, and mobility support
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided
• Supporting residents with daily activities, including laundry and meal preparation
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment through companionship and emotional support

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.48-£11.85 per hour
Expected Hours: 24 – 30 per week

Requirements:

• Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a care home (required)
• Language: English (required)
• Licence/Certification: Valid driving licence (required)
• Work Authorisation: Must be eligible to work in the UK
