Receptionist (Care Home)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Receptionist in our client’s care home, you’ll be the warm and welcoming presence that ensures every resident and visitor feels at home. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and friendly atmosphere. This role is varied and includes answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and giving tours to prospective residents and their families. You may also assist with administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and filing.

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be professional, caring, courteous, and well-organised. A genuine interest in residents’ well-being and a welcoming approach to visitors are essential. While no formal qualifications are required, a good telephone manner and strong communication skills are important.
