Senior Care Assistant

The Role:

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs
• Assist with personal care, meals, and daily routines
• Lead and support care staff on shift
• Communicate confidently with residents, families, and colleagues

About You:

• Experience as a Senior Care Assistant / Senior Carer (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Willingness to complete Level 3 (if not already held)
• Ability to lead a team with compassion and professionalism
• Flexible to work shifts across the week
